27 story building with 200 unit residential building located in the heart of Mott Haven NY

27-01 Jackson Ave (Long Island City, NY)
A 27-story residential building in the Court Squaredistrict of Long Island City, Queens. 151,000-square-foot tower will yield 164 rental units developed by Lions Group, in construction, set to be completed in 2024.

CME Center Lobby (Chicago, IL)
This amazing lobby renovation project is located in Chicago’s business district.
The new glassy podium enclosure opens the space with super transparent 24 foot tall and curvy solid surface façade lines, moving outward to flow around the building, providing serpentine circulation between lobby and adjacent streets. Completed 2020. Developed by Lendlease. Solid surface façade installation by Reflection Window Wall.
