REVIEWS
“We are very satisfied with the approach to our project and the attention provided during the process. It all went very smooth.”
“As an interior designer in California, I have worked with Marcos for many years during his time in the US and he always aims to please. He understands the complexities of working between Europe and the US, as there are always shipping logistics to consider. He is reliable, trustworthy and supportive of his clients and associates. Marcos is a consummate professional and has a firm grasp of both English and Spanish which is beyond helpful. Most importantly, Marcos is a lot of fun to work with!”.
“Value Engineering Europe S.L. did a great job for us and provided RXR with innovative material solutions that satisfied both the intent of our design aesthetic and budget requirements. We look forward to continuing to collaborate with Marcos and his team on future projects.”.

VALUE ENGINEERING
Value engineering (VE) is a systematic approach to improving the “value” of goods or products and services through an examination of use and function. Value, as defined, is the relationship between function and cost. Therefore, value can be varied by improving function or reducing cost. It is a primary principle of value engineering that basic functions are preserved and not reduced as a result of the search for value enhancements. The term “value management” is sometimes used synonymously with “value engineering,” and both promote the planning and execution of projects with improved performance.
While there are many different approaches to applying a value engineering (VE) method, from products to processes and systems, at VE_Europe we focus on optimizing the supply chain and the sourcing of construction finishes.
